At 15 km from Cortona in the beatifull valle di Chio of Castiglion Fiorentino, a lovely medieval town, in Tuscany, close to the historical places of Cortona, Arezzo, Firenze, Siena, Perugia etc. Is S. Martino di Sopra at 550 mt above the sea level with a wonderfull panoramic view. It is an ancient farm with two farmhouses, whose prevailing asset was the cultivation of olive trees. S. Martino di Sopra consists of a stone villa with a relaxing atmosphere, lovinegly restored and furmished with central heating. The villa consists of: One bedroom with two single beds, a bata with shower and a sitting room that included a satellite TV all in the upper floor. On the ground floor are two rooms each with a double bed and a bath with shower, an open kitchen and a large dining and living room with fire place. In addition there is exterior access to an indipendent studio with double bed and a bath with shower. The swimming pool is situated close to the house surrounded by a marvellous landscape, including a large garden, the woods and the olive trees.
