●     During summer (from June 1^st to September 30^th) we rent our flats only on weekly basis (minimum 7 days and 7 nights) - from Saturday to Saturday.

 ●      In order to guarantee service, guests can take possession of the flat starting at 2 pm and leave it by 10 am of the departing day.

 ●      We can not give any kind of food because of administrative reasons.

 ●      Common house pets are gladly accepted if they prove to be used to living at home: they should not be allowed or left to damage furniture and/or objects in the cottage; they should not be allowed or left to dirty the flat or the garden. Should the animal dirty the flat and/or the garden its owner will be responsible for cleaning up.  

 ●      The property is not fenced off.

 ●     Prices include water supply, electricity, bed linen and towels. Heating expenses are counted billed a part.

 ●      In the winter, the price of the flat does not include heating expenses.

 ●     The Fabbri Farm can not answer for problems due to causes beyond its direct control.

 ●     The flat is reserved upon down-payment of 30% of the total cost.
