Obtained
by using the rooms which once were vine cellars and stores, this flat is
characterized by a particular microclimate: it is cool in summer and
relatively warm in winter. Facing south, the rooms have a fine view over
the vineyards. This
flat consists of two rooms, a bathroom with shower, a main entrance with
the living room and the kitchen. The furniture is typical of the
countryside near Arezzo, but it meet all costumers requirements.
The
total surface of the flat is about 80 sq.m.
